A webcomic that I've been planning with my friend for about three years. Here's the premise:
In the future, the powerful nations of the world have been reduced to third world countries. Poverty grips even the most powerful nation-state, and citizens are held hostage to the price of energy. Ronald de los Reyes, 17 year old idiot savant, is one of the lucky ones. A moron with an IQ that would make Stephen Hawking blush, he floats through life too unaware of the world around him to notice. But a twist of luck has passed him a new hand. Dropped from college, sought by the police, he's swept into an underground world of misfits and freedom fighters, of mad bombers and desperate kids. But what are they fighting for? And what is he fighting for? |
